Cody Filipczak, Owner and General Contractor, oversees employees on the framing and trim crews and the sub-contractors, with whom we have long-standing relationships. Years of experience in all aspects of custom home building make us knowledgeable and reliable not only in terms of building but also in maintaining timely completion and carefully managing costs and overall budget, with no surprises.

We also have a number of design plans from which to choose, or customers can have one custom drawn free of charge. Once the plan is finalized, our customers are given a complete estimate with every cost included. Where some home builders may not include everything in the total price making it appear like a "good deal", we feel it is important for customers to know exactly what their new custom home will cost. Your new home will be completed in the time frame given and at or under the proposed building cost.
